Questions
Which size should I choose?
The squares run from 53 cm to 88 cm. A 53 cm square is the easy place to start: it knots at the throat, ties to a bag handle or winds through a chignon without bulk. From 65 cm up there is enough fabric for a headscarf, a halter or a belt. Each product page lists the exact size for that design.
Is it really silk?
Yes. Every Gatz foulard is 100% natural silk. If you want to check a scarf you already own, the five tests are in how to tell real silk, and the case for the fibre is in why silk, not polyester.
How many ways can I wear it?
Nine, by our count: the neck knot, the bag tie, the headscarf, the halter, the belt and more are set out in nine ways to wear a silk square. The prints are composed to hold from every angle, so a square reads well knotted small or opened out flat.
